THE ROLE

Lead engineering for an AI security startup building autonomous alert investigation systems. Well funded, growing fast, and solving how SOC teams can handle 100% of their security alerts using adaptive AI and LLMs.

YOU HAVE

5+ years engineering leadership in startups

Strong IC background (distributed systems, ML pipelines, or real‑time data)

Experience shipping AI / ML products or collaborating closely with AI teams

Hands‑on mindset – comfortable in design reviews and unblocking technical challenges

Track record building and mentoring high‑performing teams

YOU'LL DO

Lead engineers building AI‑driven security automation applications

Partner with AI researchers, security experts, and product to ship complex systems

Balance rapid delivery with scalable architecture and long‑term vision

Drive engineering excellence while staying close to the code

Shape product strategy and technical roadmap as a key leader
