Role Description

This is an on-site, contract position for a Physical Therapist located in Mountain View, CA. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Daily tasks include implementing therapeutic exercises and interventions, providing rehabilitation services, and documenting patient progress. The role involves working collaboratively with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team to foster holistic patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Expertise in Patient Care and providing tailored treatment plans
• Experience with Home Care and familiarity with different medical and therapeutic tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of California
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
• Previous experience in holistic or integrative care is a plus
