We're seeking an Account Executive to join a growing team and help drive national expansion across IT, F&A, Construction, and emerging verticals like Life Sciences and Engineering. This is an immediate need for a true producer: someone who loves sales, thrives in a collaborative environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. As an Account Executive, you'll focus on building new business and expanding existing relationships, supported by a tenured team of recruiters who deliver results.

What You'll Do

• Drive new business development in IT, Finance & Accounting, Construction Management, and related verticals.
• Manage the full client lifecycle prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and delivering top-tier staffing solutions.
• Partner closely with recruiters in a true split-desk model, ensuring strong collaboration and communication.
• Engage directly with consultants and candidates when needed
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, including Fortune 200 companies.
• Help shape market strategy and future vertical focus as our client continues to scale nationally.

What you need:

• A self-starter with 37 years of staffing industry experience ideally in IT, F&A, or skilled trades.
• A former recruiter turned salesperson (preferred) who understands both sides of the desk.
• A problem-solver. You bring a solutions mindset and don't make excuses.
• Collaborative, coachable, and competitive; you lead by example and elevate the people around you.
• Experienced selling Corp-to-Corp or contract staffing solutions; comfortable working nationally.
• Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment where your impact is visible and your hustle matters.
