A company is looking for a Learning Content Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging self-paced eLearning modules by translating learning design outlines into detailed storyboards and multimedia designs

Create high-quality learning assets that simplify complex technical concepts and enhance practical understanding

Ensure content quality and maintain learning materials in accordance with product updates while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in developing self-paced eLearning for SaaS or enterprise software platforms

Skilled in transforming technical concepts into engaging eLearning assets using multimedia tools

Proficiency in eLearning and multimedia tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with adult learning principles and user experience (UX) design

Experience staging and publishing courses in an LMS
