Paralegal

We are partnering with a global Food and Beverage company that is seeking a Paralegal to join its Legal team in Chicago. This role will support a wide range of legal functions, including legal operations, intellectual property (IP) management, and privacy compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate legal environments and a strong understanding of processes that ensure efficiency and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role will report directly to the General Counsel and be part of a tight-knit legal team known for its strong employee retention rates.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing legal workflows, contract lifecycle processes, and matter management systems.
• Maintain IP portfolio databases and liaise with external counsel on IP matters.
• Support privacy compliance initiatives, including data protection assessments and record-keeping.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
• Provide administrative support for litigation and regulatory matters.
