As a leader in indoor electric karting for over a decade, K1 Speed offers exceptional quality and value through our innovative go-karts and dedicated staff. Join us as a Race Track Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in delivering a fun and safe karting experience for our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all K1 Speed visitors
  • Conduct races accurately, ensuring they are timely and safe
  • Maintain cleanliness of the track at all times
  • Lift and manage equipment as necessary
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Provide engaging safety briefings to guests before they enter the track
  • Assist guests in using safety gear
  • Control races to maximize enjoyment while prioritizing safety
  • Efficiently load, unload, and charge karts

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Availability on weekends is essential
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with large groups
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Willing and able to drive the karts daily
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to safety concerns
