The Role : What You'll Do :

Develop control algorithms using MATLAB / Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink
Design reusable and configurable control software to meet OEM specifications
Work on cutting-edge systems like engine / powertrain components, eDrives, and machine controls
Translate system-level requirements into detailed software specs and test strategies
Collaborate in an Agile team and contribute to continuous improvement

Ideal Profile :

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s in Electrical, Software, or Controls Engineering

6–8 years of experience in model-based development

Proficient in C / C++, MATLAB / Simulink, and TargetLink

Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Experience :

Working on electro-mechanical systems (e.g., clutches, axle lockers, disconnect units)

Familiarity with DataDictionary, PTC, and embedded software testing (MIL / SIL)
