divh2Adult Day Program - Program Manager / h2pThe Program Manager role is to provide ongoing support to the direct care staff and other team members which include continuous modeling, teaching, and providing feedback to the team regarding their skills implementation and overall performance. The Program Manager is also responsible for monitoring progress of the clients which includes checking data, writing progress on goals, conducting monthly clinical team meetings, and assisting in conducting re-assessments for clients. The Program Manager will oversee the scheduling of staff, meetings, and other ongoing daily operations, and will be responsible for conducting performance reviews for the direct care staff per company schedule. / ppEssential Job Duties : / pulliSupervise and train direct care staff on implementation of the clients goals / liliCreate data sheet for the clients goals / liliTrack progress of all clients enrolled in services / liliCheck fidelity of implementation and data accuracy / liliDocumentation of all clinical work (data sheet, meeting agenda, progress reports) / liliContinuously design and create individualized plan of all clients / liliWrite daily progress notes and summaries of all clients / liliTeach and model implementation of programs as written in the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) of clients / liliConduct performance reviews of all directly-reporting employees, as scheduled / liliProvides on-going supervision and support to the direct care staff / liliReport any incidents of neglect and abuse, abduction, or isolation that they have witnessed, been informed of, or suspect to the police and to Adult Protective Services (The position is a mandated reporter role) / liliPerform any assistances to clients that may need help with self-care, including hygiene, incontinence care, etc. / li / ulpQualification / pulliBachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or any related field, Experience in lieu of degree. / liliA minimum of one year experience in implementing and designing ABA programs or a minimum of one year experience writing IFSP or ISP. / liliA minimum of one year experience in supervising and managing staff. / liliAttain First Aid certification and CPR certification within 30-days after hire. / liliMust have fingerprint clearance through the State Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigations. / liliShall be in good health and shall be physically, mentally, and occupationally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by health screening, including a test for tuberculosis performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven days after employment or licensure. / liliMust be able to lift to 25lbs. and / or demonstrate the ability to assist other individuals with physical disabilities in evacuations / drills, etc. / li / ulpDesirable Qualifications (Not Required) : / pulliA masters degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or any related field is preferred.
