Franchise Launch Coach

Help new franchise owners launch strong, grow fast, and change lives. Special Strong is expanding nationwide, and we're looking for a driven Franchise Launch Coach to guide new owners through training, onboarding, and early-stage performance. You'll lead our monthly training events, coach franchisees through their first revenue milestones, and ensure every new location opens with excellence.

Base Salary: $80,000 annually ($6,667/month)

Bonus Incentives: Added on top of salary, tied to successful launches, franchisee performance, and onboarding outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Run monthly Special Strong University (SSU) training weeks for new franchisees
• Guide new owners through onboarding, LMS training, and early pre-sales
• Coach franchisees through calls, site visits, and performance reviews
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and help owners fix performance gaps
• Support quarterly/annual planning sessions with franchisees
• Help improve systems, tools, SOPs, and franchise operations
• Coordinate logistics for SSU, franchise conferences, and Confirmation Days
• Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, and development

What We're Looking For:

• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in operations, training, fitness, wellness, or franchising (preferred)
• Comfortable with systems, KPIs, and structured processes
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple launches at once
• Passion for helping others succeed
