A company is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician Advisor to a Healthcare Venture Capital Fund.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical reviews of digital health startups focusing on chronic disease management and primary care enablement
Validate clinical claims and assess scalability, reimbursement appropriateness, and value-based care alignment
Advise portfolio companies on workflow integration and collaborate with specialty advisors for comprehensive care evaluation
Required Qualifications
Board-certified Internal Medicine Physicians with 5+ years of clinical practice experience
Understanding of chronic disease pathways and value-based payment models
Experience with digital health, EHR workflows, or remote monitoring platforms preferred
Ability to translate internal medicine insights into investment decision frameworks
Interest in innovation and commercialization pathways for chronic care technologies
