Job Details

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience and 3 years in sales management
  • Proven success in meeting / exceeding sales targets
  • Experience leading and motivating B2B sales teams
  • Strong understanding of electronic security or physical security industry (preferred)
  • Skilled in CRM and sales analytics tools
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the region
  • Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team across multiple branches
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on achievement and development
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and ope
