Maintain real-time inventory accuracy, tracking stock levels and minimizing shortages. Conduct cycle counts inventory reconciliations, resolving discrepancies proactively. Optimize parts storage retrieval processes, ensuring efficiency and easy access. / ppOperational Administrative Support : Process purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Support vendor supplier coordination to streamline parts procurement pricing strategies. Assist in the management of fleet parts service-related inventory needs, keeping operations running smoothly. Utilize ERP inventory management systems to update records and maintain accurate reporting. / ppWarehouse Logistics Coordination : Manage parts receiving, stocking, and distribution, ensuring a well-organized and efficient warehouse. Operate forklifts material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and transport parts. Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of forklift systems (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical), with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
