Job Title : Data Entry Analyst

Location-Type : Onsite (Owings Mills)

Start Date Is : ASAP

Duration : 6-month contract

Compensation Range : $30-33 / hr W2

Job Description :

Support the client's data operations by managing data entry and reporting tasks with accuracy, prioritization, and business focus.

This role helps alleviate bandwidth pressure on the reporting team during high-volume periods. We need candidates who are highly organized, communicate well, and are comfortable working in Excel-heavy, non-technical environments. Ideal candidates have a business mindset and are not seeking technical or programming-heavy roles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Execute regular data entry and reporting tasks across various frequencies
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure report accuracy and timeliness
  • Use Excel and PowerPoint for report formatting and presentation
  • Assist with ad hoc projects during quieter periods
  • Support quarter-end surges with potential overtime

Requirements :

  • Must-Haves :

    • Looking for internship or recent graduate level / 1-2 years of experience in Data Entry

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Nice-to-Haves :

    • Familiarity with business or finance reporting environments

  • Understanding of ETL concepts (not required to execute)
  • Interest in optimizing current reporting processes
