As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in independently evaluating and managing patients, performing various clinical procedures and treatments, interpreting medical test results, and collaborating effectively within a treatment team. Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: Bring your expertise as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to contribute to our patient-focused care. Degree: Possess an MSN, DNP, or post-master certificate with a nurse practitioner specialization. Board Certification: Be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine/Emergency Medicine. License: Maintain an active Illinois Medical License (RN & APN/Physician Assistant in Medicine). DEA License: Hold an active DEA license or have the ability to apply prior to or upon hire. Certifications: Possess BLS and advanced life support certifications if relevant to the practice area (ACLS & PALS).
