Controller

Controller – Dallas, TX

• Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for financial integrity, technical accounting, and scalable processes across a diverse portfolio including multifamily residential, hotel operations, food & beverage, and amenities.
• A hands-on and strategic role; owning close, reporting, lease accounting, and building systems that support continued growth and expansion.
• Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
• 10–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA preferred
• Multifamily real estate accounting experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience with property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, or similar)
• POS system integrations (Toast or similar) a plus
