Business Development Representative

Position : Business Development Representative

Location : Remote (US)

Experience : 2-5 years

Role Type : Individual Contributor (IC)

Role Overview : Revefi is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires immediate contributionideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

$60,000 - $100,000 a year

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and research potential enterprise clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Qualification : Assess and qualify leads to determine fit and potential value, ensuring alignment with Revefi's solutions.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM system, providing regular updates to management.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

  • Early stage startup experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to understand customer environment, needs and challenges
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Seamless
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Data management or analytics
