Benefits Coordinator

Job Opening Summary

Resolve customer and company benefit and payroll issues in a timely and professional manner. Using the HRIS system, make necessary keying and other changes timely and accurately in order to maintain up-to-date information on employee benefits and status.

Required Education:
GED or High School Diploma

Associate's degree

Required Experience:
At least one (1) year customer service experience in an office environment -and- 1 - 2 years' payroll, benefits or human resources experience

Preferred Experience:
3-5 years payroll, benefits or human resources

Necessary Skills:
1. Excellent customer service
2. Proven attention to detail and ability to research and problem solve
3. Strong working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
