Associate Project Manager - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)

Job Overview

As an Associate Project Manager at JLL you will be part of a dynamic team collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients ourselves and our fellow employees. This role contributes to JLLs business objectives by supporting project development and execution ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining client satisfaction. You will help foster a culture of collaboration both locally and globally while embracing innovative ways of working in an environment that prioritizes career advancement wellbeing inclusivity and belonging.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution including budget management schedule adherence and quality control
• Engage with clients consultants and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Support in reviewing negotiating and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans status reports and meeting minutes
• Monitor project financial performance track expenses and maintain accurate project budget records
• Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings preparing presentations and assisting with project-related tasks

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
