Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join a federal contracting company in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process including planning, sourcing, and executing all stages

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and manage candidate communication

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and track high-volume candidates effectively

Required Qualifications

3+ years of recruiting experience

Experience in federal / government recruiting

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday
