In this role, you won’t just be executing tasks—you’ll be shaping the direction of cutting-edge projects and contributing to real-world solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing and why it’s such a great opportunity :

• Make an Impact : Design and develop battery and charger control systems. Your ideas will directly shape the future of mining technology, and you'll see the results of your work in action.
• Stretch Your Skills : Develop and optimize control algorithms, enhancing system efficiency, performance, and reliability. Push your technical skills to the limit and make meaningful improvements.
• Test & Innovate : Lead the testing and integration of battery control systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. Tinker, test, and refine until we get it just right.
• Collaborate & Grow : Work closely with engineers from diverse disciplines—electric, mechanical, software, and more—to integrate and optimize electrical systems for mining applications. No silos here—we’re all in this together.
• Shape the Future : Play a key role in shaping next-gen technologies, including integrating battery systems , high-voltage components, and charging infrastructure that power sustainable mining solutions.
