As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support our companys senior-level managers. / ppThe Executive Assistants responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. / ppThe Ideal candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. / ppHours : Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST Saturday, Sunday 10 - 7pm EST / ppTo be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. / ppPosition Responsibilities : / ppKey Responsibilities : / pulliManaging a complicated and busy schedule / liliPerforming planning, logistics, and operations work / liliProvide comprehensive administrative support / liliCoordinate individual and group travel / liliHandle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion / liliProviding administrative support in a variety of capacities, including data entry, assisting with the completion of assigned projects, event / meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and processing of letters / correspondence / liliOrganize meetings summits from start to finish / liliPhone call screening, correspondence and document preparation, bill payment, record keeping / liliVarious errands as needed / liliCreate and maintain personal action items, to-do list, and follow up and follow through pro-actively maintaining and providing status updates / liliBe comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and / or Project Management / liliBe comfortable with procurement and / or logistics-level duties / li / ulpCandidate Qualifications : / ppWonder if you are a good fit for this position? / ppAll positive, driven, and confident applicants are encouraged to apply. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
