Virginia Surgical Institute is a well-respected, leading Surgical Practice on the East Coast, with 7 specialized top surgeons with decades of experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and have a broad range of surgical expertise.

Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including emergency and elective surgeries

· Diagnose and treat medical conditions requiring surgical intervention

· Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

· Conduct pre-operative and post-operative consultations

· Ensure all surgical procedures comply with policies and regulatory standards

· Provide on-call support as required

· Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with medical advancements

· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications:

· Medical degree from an accredited institution

· Board certified in General Surgery

· Valid state medical license

· Strong knowledge of surgical techniques and skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

· Commitment to patient safety and quality of care
