Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM (40 hrs / week)

Position Overview :
The City of Phoenix Water Services Department Technology Services Division is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to deliver innovative, data-driven business solutions. This role focuses on building impactful applications, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities :
- Develop and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Design data-driven solutions leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, and relational databases
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate
- Design responsive and user-friendly UI / UX for web and mobile
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance standards are met
