[job_card.job_description]Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Sales Support : Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales materials, processing orders, and maintaining sales records. Customer Interaction : Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding account inquiries, order status, and product information, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of issues. Data Management : Maintain and update customer databases and sales tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely information. Reporting : Generate sales reports and analyses to help the sales team monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Inventory Coordination : Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels, ensuring timely order fulfillment and minimizing backorders. Event Coordination : Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience. Training Support : Help onboard new sales team members by providing necessary resources and support. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
