As a Management Trainee at MHC, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. This isn't your typical entry-level role - you'll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more!

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
