ResponsibilitiesBehavioral Health Connections, Inc . is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care provides best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dynamic and talented - Full Time The Clinical Lead has the responsibility of providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Clinical Assessment Team Evaluators.

EDUCATION
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current State License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”).
Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital. (“Customer hospital” means the hospital to which BHC is contracted to provide mobile assessment services.)
Current Drivers License
EXPERIENCE
Required 1-3 year similiar work experience Preferred 3-5 year work experience
Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
Mobile assessment experience preferred
