About Us

Join Spiritus Therapy, a family-run, clinician-led California telehealth practice committed to creating a warm, grounded, and collaborative space for both clients and therapists. We combine professional autonomy with real support, so you can focus on doing the work you love without the business headaches. We prioritize clinical integrity, open communication, and professional growth. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, not corporate managers. We partner with major insurance providers and also offer opportunities to see private-pay clients. Our 1099 model gives you flexibility, a steady caseload, and a voice in how you work.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) who are passionate about providing client-centered care. Comfort with telehealth platforms is essential. Experience with remote therapy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure EHR platform
  • Complete progress notes and treatment plans
  • Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Deliver personalized, client-centered care based on individual needs

Qualifications

  • Active, independent license in good standing (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)
  • Licensed to provide telehealth services to clients located in California
