Data Entry & Document Processing Specialist
(Onsite, 1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (occasional shorter days based on volume)
Pay: $16/hr

What you'll do

* Process & route scanned documents via an electronic queue
* Check for accuracy & compliance with requirements before processing
* Enter & verify data in the system; validate against source documents
* Fix discrepancies fast to maintain data integrity
* Prioritize workflows to hit deadlines in a highvolume queue
* Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and keep work moving

Musthave qualifications

* Typing test (required)
* Detailoriented and organized in highvolume environments
* Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
* Comfortable owning deadlines and resolving errors quickly

*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Pueblo, CO.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
