Manager, Governance Product

We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead innovation and growth within the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP). This role focuses on defining product vision, driving SaaS platform enhancements, and delivering business value to our global enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical fluency to manage the product lifecycle and guide cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision and Strategy

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for SKP.
  • Establish KPIs that align with business goals, customer adoption, and market expansion.
  • Champion innovative use of AI / ML and automation within the platform.

Market Research and Innovation

  • Conduct research on SaaS, cloud, and enterprise data trends to anticipate customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities for product-led growth, integrations, and customer self-service.

    • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback through interviews, pilots, and usage analytics.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent SKP at industry forums and with key accounts.

    • Product Development and Delivery

  • Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and prioritized backlog.
  • Partner with engineering, UX / UI, and delivery teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
  • Guide the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

    • Go-to-Market & Growth

  • Work with sales and marketing to launch features and drive adoption.
  • Develop collateral and messaging to highlight SKP's differentiators in the market.

    • Post-Deployment Analysis

  • Monitor product performance, customer usage, and ROI to guide continuous iteration.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve user experience, conversion, and retention.

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Data Governance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, or master data solutions.
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with AI, ML, and augmented data management is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
