[job_card.job_description]Designing customized workout programs and offering nutritional guidance tailored to individual goals. Delivering 1-on-1 training , conducting fitness assessments, and introducing members to equipment and proper form. Promoting training packages and building your own client base. Staying current with club offerings and engaging in regular trainer team meetings. Maintaining accurate records and providing outstanding customer service to all members. High School Diploma or GED (required). Personal Training Certification from a nationally recognized organization. CPR / AED certification (preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire). Excellent communication, professionalism, and passion for helping others. A commitment to personal fitness and ongoing development. Ability to demonstrate exercises, assist members with equipment, and occasionally lift heavy weights. Comfortable working on the gym floor and in a dynamic, active environment. Must be available for a flexible schedule , including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is based in our club, with potential for off-site training and events.
