A company is looking for an Intake Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a champion for new families, assisting them in finding the right ABA service provider

Educate caregivers on ABA services and verify insurance benefits for new clients

Manage case updates in Salesforce and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth intake processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Intake or patient relationship management within an ABA care delivery organization

2+ years in a high-volume ABA Intake role, managing 20+ families per week

Strong knowledge of insurance basics, including eligibility and benefits

Highly organized and process-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
