Position : Entry Level Personal Assistant

Location : Austin, TX

Schedule : Weekends Off

Salary : $800 - $950 per week

Job Description : We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide essential support to executives and staff, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities :

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and team members.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
• Conduct research and compile information for projects or presentations.
