Your Key Responsibilities
What You Bring to the Role
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a directly related field.
15+ years of related experience, including multiple projects in machine design and industrial automation.
5+ years of mechanical 3D solid modeling experience with proficiency in SolidWorks.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of mechanical engineers.
Preferred : Strong background in capital equipment manufacturing for industries such as medical device or life sciences.
Preferred : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read mechanical / electrical controls drawings and understand machining practices.
Preferred : Outstanding organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills with computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
