Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly

Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency

Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels

Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels

Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments

Ensure service employees receive proper training and development

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager What You Need : High School Diploma or equivalent required

Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file

Preferred : Experience in management and sales

Strongly preferred : Previous experience in the tire industry

Ability to read and verify work order details accurately

Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information

Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
