Lead Technical Program Manager

As the Lead Technical Program Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will streamline program operations, promote financial discipline, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, clear communicating, detail-oriented professional with strong technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will streamline program operations, drive financial discipline, and ensure clear, consistent messaging across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. Synthesize complex program data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Oversee program budgets, track expenditures, and support financial planning and forecasting. Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals and compliance with internal controls.
- Craft clear messages and compelling communications for internal and external audiences. Support the Chief Business Technologist in preparing executive updates, announcements, and strategic messaging.
- Liaise between the Chief Business Technologist and key stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow and alignment on priorities.
- Streamline program management processes, identify operational efficiencies, and implement best practices to support the organizations initiatives.
- Monitor and track program risks and issues, escalate critical items, and support resolution efforts to minimize impact on business objectives.
- Plan, organize and facilitate key meetings, workshops, and events. Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, decisions, and communications. Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
