Electrical Engineer

Multidisciplinary design firmis seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Springfield, Missouri team!

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design / implementation of complex engineering projects
• Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA / QC standards
• Solve / navigate project challenges with advanced engineering concepts / innovative strategies
• Mentor / train junior staff, guide them through complex projects, and assist with professional development
• Ensure continuous improvements by developing / refining engineering practices and standards

Requirements :

6+ years of engineering

experience
