Job Duties

• Perform thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and comprehensive medical history reviews
• Assist in evaluating and diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting diagnostic imaging and lab results

• Provide vital intraoperative support, including preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and passing instruments during procedures
• Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, which encompasses medication administration, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practices is highly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications necessary
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
