Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Sugar Land, TX. The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing budgets, and maintaining efficient workflows. They will be responsible for coordinating staff activities, developing and implementing training programs, supervising medical services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring inventory, addressing client concerns, and improving operational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
• Prosess creation and implmentation
• Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
• Knowledge of Medicine or clinical practices
• Proven ability to coordinate and execute Training for staff
• Effective leadership and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic management role is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field is preferred
