Project Manager - Fire Protection

Job Description

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 Annually

Are you an experienced Project Manager in the fire protection industry ready to lead large-scale projects? We're looking for a highly motivated individual to drive project success from start to finish.

The Role

You'll oversee all aspects of major fire protection projects, including:

• Planning & Execution: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; leading teams and managing resources.
• Oversight: Tracking progress, mitigating risks, managing changes, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
• Communication: Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining clear communication.
• Compliance: Ensuring all projects meet fire codes and industry standards (NFPA).

Qualifications

• 7 years of project management experience in fire protection.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex fire protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, special hazards).
• Expertise in fire codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Bonus Points For:

• NICET Certification in a relevant fire protection discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
