Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our Florida book of business, with a primary focus on Citizens and takeout opportunities. In this role, you will work first and foremost with Citizens policies using the EZLynk platform, reviewing existing Citizens policies, quoting private-market alternatives, and guiding clients through the transition out of Citizens coverage.
Once Citizens and takeout opportunities are addressed, this role will also support traditional State Farm business as a secondary responsibility.
This is a sales-driven position designed for candidates who already understand Citizens and EZLynk. If youve worked with Citizens and takeout companies before, youll know exactly what this role entails.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze existing Citizens policies for eligibility
- Quote private-market alternatives using EZLynk
- Proactively contact policyholders to present coverage options and explain the process
- Guide clients through transitioning from Citizens to State Farm
- Accurately document activity and outcomes within EZLynk
- Stay current on Citizens guidelines, underwriting changes, and Florida market trends
Ideal Candidate Profile:- Prior experience working with Citizens policies and takeout programs
- Hands-on experience using EZLynk for quoting and policy management
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to explain coverage clearly and confidently
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling high-volume policy reviews and outbound client communication
- Florida P&C license required
