Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care

Pay : $28.00 – $32.50 per hour (based on years of nursing experience)

PLUS : $300 Weekly Shift Bonus for Your First 30 Days!

• Deliver personalized 1 : 1 home care to pediatric and / or adult clients
• Provide skilled nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Follow individualized Plans of Care and physician orders
• Accurately document care and patient progress
• Educate and support patients and families
