Job Title
Manage full document lifecycle : transmittals, submittals, revision control, versioning, access, and compliance. Execute and support project-based document controlreceive, validate, and track engineering deliverables. Maintain and improve SharePoint libraries, permissions, workflows, and governance structures. Support migration of 1,000+ documents from Google Drive to SharePoint. Build and deliver training modules (e.g., Knowledge Caf) for document management systems. Ensure audit readiness and maintain reporting trails for compliance and governance. Interface with engineering and vendor teams to validate document accuracy and metadata (e.g., revision codes, document numbers). Participate in weekly team meetings to identify process improvements and support scaling efforts. Support integration and interfacing across platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Procore, Power BI, Power Automate).
