Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Delaware, OH! We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our success. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
