The supervisor will monitor program performance metrics, nurture incumbent and new staff in continuous process improvements, assign survey workloads, and support line-level work by assisting with data collection, entry, and review.
The position is responsible for coordinating and communicating with the regional office on matters related to the organization's Work Statements.
This role will use the organization's Management System to maintain and improve the performance of the staff.
What you must have :
Education Requirements : A relevant degree from an accredited college or university, such as a bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.S.), training, coursework, and work experience relevant to the assignment.
We need strong experience in full cycle recruiting and sourcing. Preferred skills are experience with HRIS / ATS implementation or optimization, and relationship building.
Experience Requirements : Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with 360-degree, full-service recruiting for non-exempt, professional, technology, and management type positions.
