A company is looking for a Werkstudent People & Culture / HR (m / w / d) - remote.
Key Responsibilities
Support employer branding initiatives, including career page and social media presence
Assist in the recruiting process, including active sourcing and candidate communication
Maintain HR KPIs and assist with HR administration tasks and projects
Required Qualifications
Ongoing studies in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences)
Ideally some practical experience in HR, though not mandatory
Interest in modern HR topics and start-up culture
Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus
