Learn new skills! 401K Plan with 4% match Career Path Great Pay Paid training / shadow shifts provided Referral bonuses, incentives and rewards Companionship and conversation Stabilization and assistance with walking Meals and clean up meal-related items Medication and appointment reminders Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) Washing and ironing laundry Errands Accompanying clients to appointments Bathing assistance Grooming assistance Toileting and incontinence care assistance Alzheimer's / Dementia Care Ability to speak and hear English clearly in person and on the telephone Ability to read and write English Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach Ability to consistently provide physical assistance to a client (i.e. stand-by assistance while walking, assist client with transfers) Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, pre-employment drug screen Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew and cleaning solutions Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner Serving Southern Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties

$18-$20 / hr : Oconomowoc, Hartland, Pewaukee, Sussex, Mukwonago, Dousman
$14-$17 / hr.Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Greendale, Greenfield, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek, Bay View, Waukesha
$300 Signing Bonus
- Receive $100 after you work 100 hours with us, and $200 after 500 hours

CNAs, lapsed CNAs, personal care workers, and those with experience caring for a loved one are encouraged to apply. Those without experience are also encouraged to apply we provide paid training!
All shifts available! Days, evenings, overnights, and 24-hour shifts. Both short and long shifts available. Work available in both Waukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.
