Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Our focus area is product support, including the following disciplines : Reliability System Safety and Supportability.

What You Will Do :

The Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) is an acquisition program that details the steps, actions, requirements, and responsibilities of the fielding and successful deployment of a fully manned, trained, and supported materiel system that meets all user objectives. As a Materiel Fielding Plan Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing comprehensive materiel fielding plans that ensure efficient deployment and utilization of materials across various projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, supply chain teams, deployment leads, customers, and other stakeholders to create useful documentation comprising all aspects of a successful fielding phase.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement detailed materiel fielding plans tailored to project requirements
• Analyze project specifications to identify document needs and timelines
• Coordinate with SMEs and customers to develop a plan that will be used for timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and customer teams to align fielding strategies with project goals
• Prepare reports and presentations for cost and schedule updates
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance materiel fielding processes

Relocation Eligibility

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Raytheon considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
