Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist

PeopleShare is hiring immediately! We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry / Document Processing Specialists for a long-term opportunity in Parma, OH.

Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Details :

Schedule : MondayFriday, 3 : 00 PM11 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $19.80 per hour Onsite in Parma, OH

Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Description :

This role focuses on high-speed data entry, document verification, and digital quality control. Responsibilities include :

  • Keying 15,000 keystrokes / hour into data entry software
  • Validating document classifications, extracted data, and redactions
  • Manually entering metadata into the system
  • Reviewing checks for accurate payee, dates, signatures, and amounts
  • Reconciling check batches and generating return letters if needed
  • Comparing hardcopy documents to digital versions for accuracy
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy standards
  • Performing repetitive tasks following set procedures

Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Requirements :

  • Typing test required
  • Prior data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly in a production-based environment
  • Ability to read / write in English
