Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and reporting.
• Oversee cash flow, P&L, and capital allocation to ensure rapid break-even and sustainable growth.
• Design and implement profit-sharing and equity participation models that align staff and leadership success with institutional legacy.
• Manage investor relations, board reporting, and compliance with all financial regulations.
• Build and supervise finance, accounting, and audit teams.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate vision into measurable financial outcomes.
• Ensure operational continuity through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
