Responsibilities

• Be the primary face of the company to customers, ensuring every experience reflects our values and quality.
• Build and manage systems that make operations run like clockwork, from first customer contact to final project sign-off.
• Lead and inspire employees to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.
• Implement a formal training and compensation system that drives team accountability and performance.
• Solve problems, make smart on-the-ground decisions, and keep jobs on time, on budget, and on point.
• Free up ownership to focus on strategic growth by taking the reins on daily execution.
